Returns or Exchanges up to 30 days
At Medical Wellness, Inc., we pride ourselves in carrying proven health products. Having screened numerous products, we have selected only effective natural health products. Our goal is no return products only return satisfied customers!
If you would like to return or exchange your product, please ship it to us within 30 days of your purchase date for a refund of your purchase price, less shipping costs.  
Instructions for Returning or Exchanging Products:
Please email our Returns Department for your RMA CODE at returns@mdwell.com. You will receive the code via email within 2 business days. Mail your products how you desire.  We will process your refund once we receive the products.  You will receive a confirmation refund via email.
SHIPPING POLICY
Our Shipping Goal and Speed:
We ship all orders out the next business day unless you request faster delivery and we will see if we can help you out. Most orders should arrive between 3 and 6 business days. We know you want your products quickly and we do our best to get them out the door and out of Los Angeles, CA (our base).
Faster Shipping Requests or Signature Required?:
If you need us to send your package faster or signature required, tell us in the “Special Requests or Comment Box” located in the shopping cart and we will be glad to do so. We will charge the actual shipping charges.
Alaska and Hawaii, APO and other USA outlying location
We send packages US Priority Mail charges will apply.
International shipping is available:
Please be advised that your country may charge additional import fees for which Medical Wellness, Inc. cannot be responsible. Not all countries accept what we sell. We will do our best to see if your country accepts your purchase before we send it. If not, we will refund your money full less shipping charges. We ship using the United States Postal Service. Typically your products arrive within 4-10 days.
Damages During Shipment:
Any products damaged during transit, please notify us within one business day and we will work with FedEx or UPS to pay for the damages. Please take photographs and write down a description of the damages.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
Any products lost or stolen are unfortunately out of our control. We will help you try to locate them but if they end up being lost or stolen, we cannot ship you new products for free. Many times if a shipment is missing, it is because someone's neighbor or partner took the package and forgot to tell them! This has happened many times!
